Cards are mastered after several correct answers in a row. Miss one and the streak resets. Mastered cards leave the rotation.
Studying a language? Quiz in both directions, each with its own streak. A card counts only when both sides are solid.
Mastered cards get mixed back in occasionally so they stay fresh. Tune the frequency or switch it off.
